Academic Enrollment Planning Team

The Academic Enrollment Planning Team (AEPT) is a collection of university leaders engaged in enrollment planning and efforts leading to the achievement of planned enrollment growth, both at the undergraduate and graduate levels.  Six core areas are considered by the group in monthly meetings:

  • New student marketing strategies
  • Enrollment management tools both on-campus and outside of Mason
  • Strategic enrollment planning
  • Data analysis and systems available to support enrollment efforts
  • Campus support units
  • Retention/graduation efforts
