In July 2012, the university formally reorganized three of its academic administration offices into a new division, Enrollment Management. By more closely integrating the Office of Admissions, the Office of Student Financial Aid, and the Office of Continuing Professional Education, the university seeks to serve students more effectively and conduct its operations more efficiently and strategically.
One example of the university’s activities in this area is Enrollment Central. This initiative links the offices of Admissions, Student Financial Aid, Student Accounts, and the University Registrar together to offer a “one-stop shop” for students to resolve issues more conveniently, especially those that might require the services of multiple offices. Enrollment Central offers parallel physical and virtual offices.
