Administrative or Professional Faculty hired by waiver from search will continue to be processed by submitting the following:
- Faculty Hiring Proposal
- Office of Compliance, Diversity, and Ethics approval of waiver from search
- Administrative-Professional Faculty Appointment Offer Letter (August 2016)
- Request For Information – updated
- Submission of Transcripts and Related Materials
