Overview
George Mason University joined a two-year learning cohort of the American Council on Education (ACE) Internationalization Laboratory in August 2019 to review comprehensive internationalization efforts.
Six committees make up the Mason team: curriculum, faculty development, student and campus life, enrollment, education abroad and research. The committees, which include faculty and staff, are responsible for reviewing of the current state of internationalization at Mason, framing conversations on internationalization for the Mason community, and proposing recommendations for future growth.
During this initiative, Mason receives guidance from ACE Internationalization Lab experts. More information on the ACE Internationalization Lab is located here.
